Membership Mailing Lists

Program Details

AAPM&R offers mailing lists to rehabilitation-oriented institutions, organizations, publishers, and businesses wishing to advertise their conferences, products, publications, and services to AAPM&R members. This is a great opportunity to reach a targeted audience of PM&R physicians (over 8,000) or identify a particular portion of the specialty. Lists are provided in Excel format for a one-time use.

To order a list, print the order form below, and send the completed form to the Academy office via fax or e-mail with payment.

 

AAPM&R requires pre-approval of items to be distributed to its members and is the sole judge of the suitability of materials. The order form, plus a sample of the materials you wish to distribute, must be e-mailed or faxed to AAPM&R for approval prior to the list being released. There is a required minimum of a 10-day lead time to process list orders from date of order form receipt. Payment must be received in advance before receiving the list.

*Lists are available for one-time use only. AAPM&R policy prohibits the release of member e-mail addresses. Expedited orders are accepted for an additional fee.
 

Terms for Usage of Mailing Lists

AAPM&R membership names and addresses are proprietary and are protected by copyright.

AAPM&R is the sole owner of the membership names and addresses and rents its mailing list electronically for one-time use for each approved request. All lists are provided electronically in Excel format. E-mail addresses are not available due to AAPM&R policy.
