Goal A: Patient Care
People with disabling conditions will benefit from
increased healthcare system investments of financial, intellectual, and human
resources in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Objectives:

Reduce restrictive regulations and policies regarding
provisions of all medically necessary PM&R services

Increase recognition of the health, social, and
economic value and benefits of rehabilitation services by government,
private payors, public, and medical community

Increase PM&R presence in academic medicine.
