Goal B: Evidenced-Based Research
Quality of life will be improved by increased
funding and activity in the development, analysis, dissemination and application
of physiatric and rehabilitation-related research.
Objectives:

Support efforts to increase research to promote
training and development of physiatric researchers

Increase funding for physiatric and rehabilitation
research through federal and non-federal sources

Increase the proportion of efficacy research through a
clearly prioritized research agenda

Increase the visibility of physiatric and
rehabilitation research

Increase technology transfer to disseminate clinically
relevant research
