Almost like having two booths on the show floor
Exclusive meeting suites, conveniently located along the perimeter of the show floor, are now available for rental during the 2010 Annual Assembly. Conduct company sales meetings, hold meetings with potential clients, use it as a staff lounge with food and beverage, or manage small user group presentations in privacy.
Access: November 4 (2-8 pm); November 5 (8 am-5 pm); November 6 (8 am-2 pm)
Suite Rental Fee: $4,800
Fee Includes:
- 10x20 hard wall frame with locking door
- Carpet
- 2, 8’ skirted tables
- Six chairs
- One basic electrical hook-up
- Logo signage
