Wednesday, November 19

Exhibitor Registration/Installation begins: 8 am–4 pm

Thursday, November 20

Exhibitor Registration/Installation continues: 8 am–2 pm
Official Opening and Welcome Reception: 5 pm–7 pm

Friday, November 21

Exhibits Open (coffee service, breaks, lunch in hall): 9am–3pm

Saturday, November 22

Exhibits Open (coffee service, breaks, lunch in the hall): 9 am–2 pm
Exhibits dismantling: 2 pm–7 pm

This is a preliminary schedule that is subject to change. All exhibits must remain intact until Saturday, November 22, at 2 pm, the official show closing. Infractions will result in penalties or expulsion from future AAPM&R technical exhibitions. All exhibits must be removed from the San Diego Convention Center by 7 pm, Saturday, November 22.
