General Information for the 2008 Annual Assembly

November 20-23, 2008
San Diego Marriott & San Diego Convention Center

Registration Information

  • Annual Assembly/Preconference Course(s) Registration Form - for registration by mail or fax - will be posted in the coming weeks.   

The Annual Assembly registration fee includes admission to all sessions (except limited attendance workshops), refreshment breaks, a voucher for lunch on either Friday or Saturday in the Exhibit Hall, admission to the Exhibit Hall, Job Fair attendance (please make appropriate notation while registering), admission to the Welcome and President’s receptions, course handouts, and CME processing.

Sept. 22, 2008

  • Deadline for discounted registration: Save $90 by registering by this date!

October 20, 2008

  • Registration CLOSES for faxed/mailed registrations.

  • All registrations either faxed or mailed must be postmarked by this date.

  • After October 20, you must register on site or by visiting the AAPM&R Online Registration page.

Residents & Job Seekers

The Job Fair and several workshops will be held on Wednesday November 19 from 6 pm-9 pm at the San Diego Marriot Hotel & Marina. Please make your hotel and travel arrangements keeping this in mind.

Most of the 2007 educational program was recorded and is available for purchase as a multi-media CD-ROM set for US $229 from www.netsymposium.com. The
CD-ROM set includes the live audio recordings and the course handouts.
CD-ROMs from the 2006 Annual Assembly can also be obtained.
