Education takes center stage at the 2017 Annual Assembly with even more opportunities for specialized learning. You asked for more educational content and we listened. Enjoy more complimentary sessions included in your registration throughout the Assembly.
The educational program at the Assembly features content and subject matter experts that will help physiatrists understand the new frontiers in health care and how they can prepare to make transitions to be successful. More than 150 sessions mean there’s something for everyone, no matter your career-level or clinical focus.
New for 2017, we are moving away from the traditional “track” system toward a more flexible “tagging/theming” system. All sessions will be "tagged" by clinical and practice topics, embracing the diversity of the specialty while making the experience easier to navigate for the attendee. Also, new this year are Skills Labs (formerly Intensive Workshops). These 3-hour labs are designed to provide in-depth training on a specific skill or set of skills, including small group hands-on training.
