Discounted hotel rate for course registrants is $199 per night based on single or double occupancy. The hotel reservation cutoff is Monday, April 7, 2008; after that date, rates and space are subject to availability at the hotel. Space is limited and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservation by contacting central reservations toll free at (800) 937-8461 or directly at The Westin Buckhead Reservations Department at (404) 365-0065. Please be sure to reference the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) to receive the discounted rates.
