Course Registration

Registration fees include all course materials including speaker handouts, CD-ROM with handouts and slides, a self-assessment examination, CME processing, welcome reception, continental breakfasts each day, lunch Thursday, and refreshment breaks. Space is limited and registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will receive a written confirmation or via e-mail depending on the method of registration after it has been processed by the AAPM&R office.

Cancellations and Refunds

Requests for cancellation of your meeting registration must be made in writing to the AAPM&R national office and postmarked by Wednesday, April 2, 2008. The cancellation fee is $150 and will be refunded by the same method of payment as received. No refunds are issued for no shows at the conference.
