“PASSOR Educational Guidelines for the Performance of Spinal Injection Procedures” was written by Kevin J. Pauza, MD. Pages 3-20 of the educational guidelines were accepted by the PASSOR Board of Governors and the AAPM&R Board of Governors June, 2001 and updated April, 2004. Pages 21 -30 of the manuscript were accepted by the PASSOR Board of Governors and the AAPM&R Board of Governors March, 2004. Updates to the document were accepted by the PASSOR Board of Governors and AAPM&R Board of Governors in June 2008 and October 2008, respectively.
