Toolkit on Medicare Drug Coverage Available for Health Care Professionals

CMS has developed a toolkit to assist health care professionals in understanding and educating their patients about Medicare’s prescription drug coverage benefits.  The toolkit includes fact sheets for patients and health care professionals as well as an informational brochure, a letter from the CMS Administrator and a list of other resources on Medicare drug coverage. Information in the toolkit is also available in Spanish. An electronic copy of the toolkit is available to download on the CMS Web site at www.cms.hhs.gov/medlearn/drugcoverage.asp.
