Services Provided

AAPM&R understands that no two state societies are alike and offers an extremely flexible support package. We provide full service management for groups that request it, but we can also create a custom program that matches your needs and budgetary requirements.

Core Services Plan

Even the basic functions of a state or regional PM&R society, such as scheduling a society meeting, compiling a membership roster, and conducting a membership recruitment mailing can require a great deal of time, resources, and information. AAPM&R provides a full service management option through our Core Services Plan. Core services include dues billing and collection, membership recruitment, membership rosters and general administration. For $35 annually per member, a state society can access these management services from AAPM&R. Additional services (e.g., meeting arrangement, production and editing of a newsletter, additional mailings, etc.) can be purchased by the society on an hourly fee-for-service basis.

A La Carte Services Plan

Some state societies are happy with their current administrative situation but occasionally need help with special projects such as newsletters, recruitment drives, or dues mailings. AAPM&R’s A La Carte Services Plan was designed to help you with these projects. You choose from a broad selection of available services such as member mailings, dues processing, newsletters, surveys, and directories. We can help you with projects that are too big to handle yourself or too expensive to do with your current provider.

Management Fees

Our flexible service plans mean that the extent of our work varies from one client to another. During the course of a contract, we are happy to adapt our services to meet the requirements of each client group. Our fees are based on the resources required to effectively meet your group’s needs. We are dedicated to exceeding your expectations… not your budget.
