Spokesperson Network

The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) maintains a network of qualified physician spokespersons to assist print and broadcast journalists developing stories that involve physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). These spokespersons can provide information on a wide variety of topics related to PM&R. AAPM&R can provide additional background information and physician spokespersons on the broad range of topics covered by PM&R such as:

  • Back Pain

  • Stroke and Neurological Disorders

  • Spinal Cord Injury

  • Sports Medicine

  • Fibromyalgia/Myofascial Pain
