Are You Getting Our E-mails?
The Academy sends members e-mail messages when there is
time-sensitive information or content on the Web site we can provide with just a
click of the mouse. Are you receiving these messages?
By taking a few steps now, you can ensure that you’ll
receive the new e-mail blast twice a month from the Academy.
-
Verify that the Academy has your e-mail address and
that it is updated.
Click
here to update your profile on the home page and to see the information we have on file for you. If
something is missing, you will be able to update it right there.
-
Is your spam filter set to receive messages from the
Academy? Our messages may be going into your “junk” or “bulk” folders if
your e-mail program is blocking our address. Add
aapmr@lists.aapmr.org to your
Address Book and/or your “Safe Senders” list. The easiest way to do this is
to open an e-mail message from the Academy and select “add contact” or “add
to safe senders.” For specific information on what your e-mail service
(Yahoo, Outlook, Gmail, etc.) requires,
Did you get it?
On March 31, the Academy sent a blast message (subject
line: Did you get our e-mail message?) to all
members who have an e-mail address on file. If you didn’t receive it, that means
we don’t have your address. If it is in your spam or junk folder, you’ll need to
adjust your filter settings.
