Nominate Member Council Leaders by February 29
Nominating is important. You can help your Academy discover the next leaders of the Medical Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal Medicine, and Pain Medicine/Neuromuscular Medicine Member Councils. AAPM&R is currently seeking nominations for several positions within each of these Councils.
Nominating is easy: See below for the nomination ballots. All nomination ballots must be completed and submitted by February 29 and are only accepted electronically. If you nominate a colleague, then that person is also strongly encouraged to submit a self-nomination ballot to confirm interest.
If you need help deciding who would be effective in leadership positions, view a PDF of position descriptions. You may also wish to read the FAQs About AAPM&R Member Council Leadership Nomination Process.
If you have leadership skills/experience, or if you know a colleague who does, it's easy to tell your Academy. Elections by acclamation for open positions will be held at the Council Business meeting during the 2012 Annual Assembly in Atlanta, GA. Nominate yourself and/or your colleagues today! Questions? E-mail info@aapmr.org or call (847) 737-6000.
