ICD-10 Crosswalks for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
AAPM&R has developed ICD-10 Crosswalks for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as a basic guide for comparing a selection of common physical medicine diagnosis between ICD-9 and ICD-10. Note: crosswalk sheets do not replace the need for an ICD-10 book and accurate coding is the responsibility of the provider. These crosswalks are intended only as a resource to assist in the billing process.
