Once a year, the Foundation for PM&R has the opportunity to thank our donors for their support in a social setting. This year, the reception will feature 2018 Research Grant Award winners presenting brief summaries of their winning research proposals. Stuart Weinstein, MD, FAAPMR, Editor-in-Chief of PM&R, will also present the PM&R journal’s Best Paper Award.

Join your colleagues for this early morning run as we kick off the 2018-19 Residency Program Challenge at the Rehab 5K Run/Walk & Roll event. Help us raise money for physiatric research and register your residency program for this exciting new challenge! The fastest team is based on the average time of your top 3 runners. Assemble your team today and sign up by September 1.

Presentation of Foundation for PM&R Awards and Grants

The Foundation for PM&R will be presenting $80,000 in research grants, including Richard S. Materson ERF New Investigator Research Grants, Gabriella E. Molnar-Swafford, MD, Pediatric PM&R Grant, and the Scott F. Nadler PASSOR Musculoskeletal Research Grant. We will also announce the 2018 Gabriella E. Molnar-Swafford Pediatric PM&R Lifetime Achievement Award winner.

Presentation of Results from the 2017 Nadler Research Grant Winner

Alexander W. Scott, MD, University of British Columbia, will present the results of his 2017 Scott Nadler PASSOR Research Grant study, "Topical Diclofenac as an Adjunct to Rehabilitation of Chronic Achilles Tendinopathy: A Randomized Controlled Trial."
