Accessibility at the Annual Assembly
In preparation for the 2018 Annual Assembly, the Academy collaborated with a consultant specializing in architectural design from the Orlando area. This representative joined Academy staff on a site visit to ensure that the 2018 Annual Assembly facilities are accessible to all participants. A detailed survey of the consultant's assessment can be found at the following links:
Orange County Convention Center
AAPM&R conferences are ADA compliant. We strive to take the appropriate steps required to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated or otherwise treated differently. Individuals requiring special assistance must contact AAPM&R for further information and make the appropriate notation on the registration form. All requests for special accommodations under ADA must be made allowing enough time for evaluation and appropriate action by AAPM&R.
