Clinical and Practice Symposia

Education takes center stage at the 2021 Annual Assembly with even more opportunities for specialized learning, providing cutting-edge and evidence-based subject matter that is relevant to today's practicing physiatrist.

The educational program at the Assembly helps physiatrists grow and work together as a specialty and position themselves for future success. In Nashville, you'll get to attend 60+ sessions, which means there’s something for everyone, no matter your career level or clinical focus.

Skills Labs

Skills Labs are three-hour immersive educational experiences that offer a blend of didactic and hands-on learning. You'll get to choose from 10 interactive sessions this year!

Research Hub

AAPM&R's Research Hub at the 2021 Annual Assembly is the place to discover the highest quality of PM&R research from recognized industry professionals, peers and experts. Located in the PM&R Pavilion, here you can attend “best of” poster presentations and browse through research poster.

Networking in Nashville

This year, you'll be able to reconnect with your PM&R peers in person! Throughout the conference, you'll have the chance to catch up with friends and colleagues during sessions and in The Oasis, during breaks. We also have several dedicated networking events planned, including our Welcome Reception, President's Reception, First-Time Attendee Meet-Up and more.

Watch our Quiz Bowl finalists face off in person in Nashville on Friday, November 12 from 5:15-6:30 pm (CT). Bragging rights are at stake, so you don’t want to miss all the friendly competition!
