Cancellation Policy

STEP Ultrasound Certificate Program cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to education@aapmr.org.

Cancelling before attending the Step One US Course:
Cancellations received 60 days before the Step One Ultrasound Course date the participant is scheduled to attend will be refunded STEP Ultrasound Certificate Program fees paid, minus a $300 processing fee.

Cancellations received less than 60 days before the scheduled Step One Ultrasound Course date will receive a refund of STEP Ultrasound Certificate Program fees paid, minus the Step One Ultrasound Course registration fee and a $300 process fee.

Cancelling after attending the Step One US Course:
Cancellations received 60 days before the Next Step Interventional Course date participant is scheduled to attend will receive a refund for half of the STEP Ultrasound Certificate Program fees paid.

Cancellations received less than 60 days of the Next Step Interventional Course will not receive a refund.

All refund requests will be processed 7-14 days after refund approval is received.
