2026 Job and Fellowship Fair Exhibitor Information

Time: 5:15-7:30 pm (ET)
Location: Orange County Convention Center - West Concourse - WE1-E2, Orlando, Florida
- 8x10 booth price: $1,415
- 10x10 booth price: $2,525 (SOLD OUT)
All Booths Include:
- Booth space and drape
- One ( 1 ) 6' White Skirted Table
- Two ( 2 ) Plastic Contour Chairs
- One ( 1 ) Wastebasket
- One ( 1 ) ID Sign
- One ( 1 ) Easel
When signing up, please note that there is an area designated for the participants of the Institution Partners Council (IPC). If you are interested in learning more about joining the IPC, please visit our website here for more information!
Booth Set-Up: Begins at 2:30 PM ET; You will be able to pick up your badges at that time too.
Job & Fellowship Fair Show Hours: 5:15 PM – 7:30 PM ET
TEAR DOWN
Please plan to tear down your job fair booth after the conclusion of the fair at 7:30 PM ET. All materials must be removed from the hall on Wednesday evening. Booths should not be dismantled before the fair has ended.
SHIPPING
GES will have a table onsite to assist with any shipping needs. They offer fee-based services for exhibitors.
A FedEx Office® Print and Ship Center is also available onsite:
• Location: West Concourse, near Hall C
• Hours: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Please note the FedEx hours. They close prior to the start of the event, so plan any shipping accordingly and stop by the GES table if you need assistance.
EXHIBITING IN THE MAIN EXHIBIT HALL THURSDAY-SATURDAY?
If you are also exhibiting in the main exhibit hall, you will have the opportunity to bring your items over from the job fair at the conclusion of the fair.
