In addition to these educational resources, we have convened an Academy Biologics Taskforce and they will be meeting for the first time on March 10, 2021. Chaired by Joanne Borg-Stein, MD, FAAPMR, this independent workgroup will support Academy members who are interested or involved in biologics. Our workgroup’s goals are as follows:
- Engage and invest in members who have interest and expertise in biologics.
- Serve as a think tank and planning committee for biologics-related education and advocacy efforts for the Academy.
- Define parameters for the Academy’s involvement in biologics.
- Identify member needs and build education and informational resources to address those needs.
