The Disability and Rehabilitation Research Coalition (DRRC), of which AAPM&R is a steering committee member, submitted this letter on September 8 to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) advocating for federal investment into focused disability and rehabilitation research on the COVID-19 pandemic. As of October 6, funding has now been set aside but more applicants are needed.
