Housing for the 2018 Annual Assembly is now open! Act fast to book your room at our official Assembly hotels. The cut-off date to receive our discounted rates is September 20, 2018. Visit our Hotel and Travel page to learn more about planning your trip to Orlando.

AAPM&R is partnering with Experient as the Official Housing Bureau of the Annual Assembly. Reserving your accommodations through Experient is a secure and convenient process:

  • Access our secure reservation portal, or call Experient Customer Service directly at (847) 996-5880.
  • Accommodations offered by organizations other than the Academy or Experient may offer lower rates; however, they are not legitimate.
  • Do not book your hotel reservation through organizations that contact you directly.
  • Please report any unauthorized solicitation to the Academy or Experient.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. When booking your reservation, you may be asked to put down a one-night, non-refundable deposit to ensure that Assembly attendees are able to secure a room at the hotel. Please have your credit card information on hand at the time of booking.
