Registration Hours
Registration will open on Tuesday, November 10 from 7am - 8am. Course badges and materials will be provided at the registration desk during check-in.
Hotel Information
Available after 2026 Annual Assembly registration opens.
Attire
Participants will need to plan on bringing their own scrubs, which are required attire for the cadaveric lab sessions. To help ensure a smooth start to each lab session, participants are encouraged to arrive dressed in their scrubs on each course day.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the cadaveric labs will be provided to you on-site to wear on top of your scrubs. PPE provided includes:
- Disposable gown
- Gloves
- Face mask & shield
- Head and shoe covers
Meals
Breakfast and lunch will be served on both days of the course.
Cancellation Policy
All Registrants
- All cancellations for the Next STEP Interventional Ultrasound Course: Hands-on PM&R Applications must be submitted in writing via email to education@aapmr.org by September 29, 2026.
A la Carte Registrants Only
- Cancellations received by September 29 will receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received after September 29 are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after refund approval is received.
- No‑shows are not eligible for transfers or refunds.
AAPM&R reserves the right to cancel a course. Registrants will be notified by email and/or phone. In the event of course cancellation, applicable registration fees will be refunded. Airline and hotel expenses, including any associated penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
