Registration will open on Wednesday, November 11, from 7-8 am. Course badges and materials will be provided at the registration desk during check-in.
Hotel Information
AAPM&R has negotiated discounted hotel rates for the 2026 Annual Assembly. You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of securing your preferred hotel choice. RESERVATION DEADLINE
All reservations must be received by October 13, 2026, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.
Attire
Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the course.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations for the Cancer Rehabilitation Course: Case-Based Training for Every Physiatrist must be submitted in writing via email to education@aapmr.org by October 13, 2026.
- Cancellations received by October 13 will receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received after October 13 are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after refund approval is received.
- No shows are not eligible for transfers or refunds.
AAPM&R reserves the right to cancel a course. Registrants will be notified by email and/or phone. In the event of course cancellation, applicable registration fees will be refunded. Airline and hotel expenses, including any associated penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
