Registration will open on Tuesday, November 10 from 7am - 8am. Course badges and materials will be provided at the registration desk during check-in.
Hotel Information
AAPM&R has secured discounted rates at hotels for the 2026 Annual Assembly and Preconference Courses. Visit the Annual Assembly Hotel and Travel webpage for hotel information and to book your stay.
Important Notes:
- Hotel reservations must be made through Orchid Events
- Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Book early to secure your preferred hotel

Attire
Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably. Scrubs are not required.
Meals
Light breakfast items and lunch will be served on both days of the course.
