Housing for the 2026 Annual Assembly closed at the end of business on October 13, 2026. Moving forward, all reservation changes and cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel.

When contacting the hotel, please provide the name(s) on the reservation and your arrival and departure dates. Please allow 2–3 business days for hotels to enter all reservations into their systems before contacting them about your booking.
