ACCOMMODATIONS

AAPM&R has negotiated discounted hotel rates for the 2026 Annual Assembly. You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity to receive your hotel choice. DEADLINE

All reservations must be received by October 13, 2026, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability, and hotels may charge higher rates.   

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email, if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive written confirmation from the hotel.

The cutoff date for discounted hotel rooms is October 13 and is subject to room and rate availability. When booking your reservation, you may be asked to make a one-night, non-refundable deposit to ensure that Assembly attendees are able to secure a room at the hotel. Please have your credit card information available at the time of booking.
