The cutoff date for the discounted hotel room rate has passed. You can book by clicking the "Reserve a Room" link below. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to room rate and availability.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax.
Inclusions: Free self parking and waived resort fee which includes full use of our aquatic facility, fitness centers, business center, on-property shuttle, guest room internet access, local/toll-free calls, and 2 bottles of water upon arrival.
Attire
Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and do not need to dress to be scanned as volunteer models will be available for the scanning labs.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both course days.
Cancellation Policy
All Registrants
- All cancellations for the Step One: Ultrasound Clinical Applications of the Extremities Course must be submitted in writing via email to education@aapmr.org by April 1, 2026.
A la Carte Registrants Only
AAPM&R reserves the right to cancel a course. Registrants will be notified by email and/or phone. In the event of course cancellation, applicable registration fees will be refunded. Airline and hotel expenses, including any associated penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
