The most recent issue of JAMA, the Journal of the American Medical Association, features an article written by Michelle S. Gittler, MD, FAAPMR and provides an overview of the 2016 Stroke Rehabilitation Guidelines. If you have access to JAMA, we encourage you to review the article.

• The Post-Acute Continuum for Stoke Care: A Guide for Patients and Their Families: Available in both print and digital format on aapmr.org, this brochure is meant to be shared with patients and their families, educating them on the role of the physiatrist in stroke care.
• Stroke Rehabilitation Pathways Power-Point Presentation: This presentation is designed for the physiatrist to present to peers and system administrators. Note: Each slide includes Notes to guide you in presenting the material.
