On Tuesday September 9, 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) performance feedback and final scores for the 2024 performance year. Program participants are encouraged to review their feedback via the Quality Payment Program (QPP) website – sign in here using your Health Care Quality Information Systems (HCQIS) Access Roles and Profile (HARP) system credentials. Depending on how you submit your MIPS data, your practice administrator may hold the login information for this system. If, upon review of your feedback information, you believe an error was made in your calculations, you may request a targeted review. Additionally, CMS released this resource which answers frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the data provided in the items and services reports, available to MIPS eligible clinicians and groups that sign into the QPP website.
