This month, the Reimbursement and Policy Review Committee launched a new members-only resource – the Reimbursement Education Video Series. The series consists of short videos, 5-10 minutes in duration, on a range of topics addressing coding in the inpatient setting, outpatient setting, as well as coding for procedures. Free for members, these videos are designed to provide basic information to help early career members get acclimated to coding and billing. The videos will also serve as a way for more experienced members to brush up on their coding skills. Take advantage of the videos one at a time when you have a minute between patients or watch the series in full when you have a bit more time over the holidays. The videos can also serve as a quick and easy to navigate resource if you have a question about a particular code.
