Participate in AAPM&R's Registry


Participation Step by Step

  1. Let us know you are interested.
  2. The Registry staff will contact you within a few business days, if not sooner, with informational resources. After reviewing the Registry resources, if you have further questions, the Registry staff will set up a call with your practice.
  3. Once you are ready to move forward with signing up for the Registry, Registry staff will personalize your contracts and send them to your for you signature. 
  4. After contracts are fully executed, the Registry staff will begin the onboarding process.

Technical Requirements

There are no technical requirements for participation in the AAPM&R's Registry. Our vendor, FIGmd, has experience working with a large number of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. To learn how your EHR could integrate with the Registry, read about the data collection process

2019 Enrollment Deadline for MIPS Reporting

In order to capture valuable data for the specialty, AAPM&R's Registry can and should be used year-round. For the purpose of meeting 2019 MIPS reporting deadlines, participants must be enrolled by September 30, 2019 for all data entry methods.

Cost

AAPM&R's Registry is designed to move care forward. AAPM&R is proud to offer substantial member savings. If you are not a member of AAPM&R, you can still participate.

2019 Pricing Structure (3-year contract) 
AAPM&R Members (membership status will be verified prior to contracting) Year 1 – $295/participant
Year 2 – $295/participant
Year 3 – $500/participant
Eligible physicians who are not AAPM&R Members ($895 surcharge will be waived with membership renewal) Year 1 – $295 + $895/participant
Year 2 – $295 + $895/participant
Year 3 – $500 + $895/participant
Practitioners who are not eligible to be AAPM&R Members Year 1 – $500/participant
Year 2 – $500/participant
