The Shepherd Center has both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs for people who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, including special programs for aolescents. The Shepherd Center Pathways outpatient clinic offers specialized therapies, evaluations and programs on an outpatient basis for people who have sustained a traumatic brain injury.

UT Southwestern

UT Southwestern Medical Center provides comprehensive patient care for concussions resulting from injuries received while playing sports, being in a household or motor vehicle accident, serving in the military, or hits to the head or body occurring in countless other scenarios.

University of Washington Medicine

The neuro-rehabilitation program at the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Clinic at UW Medical Center - Montlake provides comprehensive outpatient treatment services for people ages 16 and older with acquired brain injury as a result of trauma, stroke, tumor and multiple sclerosis.

Services include physiatry, neuropsychology, rehabilitation psychology, rehabilitation counseling, speech pathology, occupational therapy and physical therapy, with a focus on improving independence in the home and the ability to return to more productive activity, such as work or school. Treatment addresses cognitive, physical and emotional/behavioral changes related to brain injury through individual and, in some cases, group formats.
