Enhance dynamic grass-roots communities that are self-engaging with AAPM&R, strengthening the recognition that the Academy is the principal vehicle for change in the specialty
- Increase customized engagement, leveraging technology, resources, constituency groups, and other mechanisms for productive interaction between members and the Academy and each other
- Support members’ active engagement throughout their career paths; support them as they lead and become local change agents to transform the specialty
- Ensure that member interactions with AAPM&R are positive and productive
